Last weekend was my final full weekend of teacher training. Next Saturday is graduation, I can't believe how quickly this has gone for me. The experience is priceless and the bond that our group has is unbelievable. I've never been apart of a community like this before. Our last weekend was full of love, friendship and open hearts.
My drives into teacher training alone have been experiences. Saturday, I'm driving along and MGMT's song Congratulations comes on. Tears came down my cheeks as I drove into the sunrise. It's a feeling I'll never forget. Teacher training has been on my goal sheet since 2007 and I'm finally reaching this goal. My goal was to go through teacher training and then it occurred to me on my drive, what is your goal after teacher training? Now it's time to move forward as a teacher, passing this beautiful knowledge on to the community. Where do I start? I have conversations in the works but no teaching jobs yet. I am going to put the word out there and see what opportunities come my way. Life is a journey into the unknown. What is known is right now, this second.
