IT'S FUN BEING ONE

How's Easton doing?  My answer?  A door opens in a child's mind when they turn one.  I feel like Easton is seeing life through a new light.  He is running around, bringing us everything from cups, toys, our phones to piling stuffed animals on us.  He's getting into everything, trying new things, dancing to music.  All of a sudden becoming very attached to his pacifier and very picky about food.  He's down to one bottle before bed and trying many types of big boy food.  He's out grown his first pair of shoes and today his pants look like there might be a flood coming.  It's time to order clothes.  Casey and I decided to cut his hair for his first haircut, which actually turned out pretty good.  I can't believe how much he has changed in the first month of being one.  I think back to where we were last year at this time as new parents and how our lives have changed in one year.  How much we have grown as parents.  The house is a bit messier, food gets everywhere, there are giggles that fill the house and little feet that pitter-patter on the wood floors.  Life amazes me every day!
